In no event shall the aggregate liability of Frostmark Tradewise arising from these Terms exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Frostmark Tradewise for use of the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Frostmark Tradewise regarding the Service.
